All Other destinations are shipped via regular registered air mail with tracking number. Delivery time: 2-3 weeks. 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number- please keep track in case of customs delays / other.  

Delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday. 

Customers may return or exchange items up to 7 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 7 days passed the delivery date noted on the order tracking. Any extensions to the exchange time frame must be requested before the 7 days have expired – There are no extensions on refunds.

There are no returns or exchanges for sale products (Reduced in price or in the Sale section – Discount codes do not consider an item as final sale) .

RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. Failure to provide the item back in its original Gecqo branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $6. Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost. For all accessory returns and exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and otherwise undamaged. For all clothing returns and exchanges, items must be unwashed, unworn and the original tags still attached. If your requested size is not in stock, we will ship the item when it becomes available or if it is discontinued we will contact you directly about a refund or exchange. Clocks and Colours is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Warranty Term: Limited Lifetime

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Gecqo retailer and subject to applicable laws. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact info@gecqo.com with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Jewelry Warranty Claim” in the subject of the email. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Gecqo  retailer. Note that you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the colour such as subtle colour changes to the plating, etc. and failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake. We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent. Sterling silver rings can be resized but will void warranty – please modify at your own risk.

How to keep Sterling Silver jewelry from tarnishing?

The noble silver color of 925 sterling silver stays shiny and glamorous for many years, but with time, natural processes cause oxidization and tarnishing. The next few tips will help you to keep your silver’s glow.

Clean your silver jewelry with a cleaning cloth- using these cloths to clean silver once a week or so will keep sterling silver jewelry shining brightly. It should remove all dark stains and oxidization, however, if the piece of jewelry has an intentional dark definitions- using this cloth may remove it as well, use the cleaning cloth carefully.  

Store the jewelry in a box, close drawer or in a zip lock plastic bag, it will prevent the tarnishing and getting them scratched. 

Taking a shower with your silver jewelry is allowed and even recommended. Water and soap will help keeping the silver clean.

When doing cleaning chores and using cleaning products (for example doing the dishes), it is advisable taking off all jewelry. Chemicals in the cleaning product may harm the jewelry and will cause tarnishing.

Entering to the sea or the pool with jewelry is not recommended, the chlorine and the salty water can damage the silver.

Avoid any contact of silver with perfume, or lotions.

During the summer silver jewelry will tarnish quicker then usual, causing by the oxidization it our sweat and the humidity in the air.
